Bio

Sarah Sykes is a skilled and compassionate family law attorney, licensed in both North and South Carolina. She specializes in a wide range of family court matters, including mediation, separation agreements, divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, equitable distribution, termination of parental rights, and stepparent adoptions. Sarah finds her work in family law particularly rewarding and is committed to providing her clients with the guidance and support they need to move forward with confidence.

Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Policial Science and Religious Studies from the University of Alabama and went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the Mississippi College School of Law, where she also received a certificate specializing in family law. Prior to joining Turner Family Law, she practiced family law at a large firm in both North and South Carolina, where she gained extensive experience handling complex family law cases. Sarah is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging and emotional legal situations with empathy, support, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Sarah and her husband, Robert, now live in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they share their home with their two beloved dogs, Callie and Scout. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, riding her Peloton, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
